Converly is a product by Flashy Tech Solutions. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can request deletion of your data when using our website and services.

Converly is a B2B SaaS platform that helps businesses capture leads from Meta platforms and send approved WhatsApp communications.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of data:

  • Account Data: Name, email address, and business details used to create and manage your account.
  • Integration Data: Authorization data and configuration details for Meta and WhatsApp integrations.
  • Lead Data: Data from lead forms that your business chooses to route through Converly.
  • WhatsApp Messaging Data: Business phone numbers, template names, template parameters, message metadata, delivery/read status events, and related identifiers required to send and manage preapproved template messages.
  • Usage and Device Data: Log, diagnostics, and analytics data to improve reliability, performance, and security.

3. How We Use Data and Why

We process data for these purposes:

  • Provide and operate the Converly platform and connected workflows.
  • Transfer lead information from Meta forms to your approved destinations.
  • Use data received from Meta platforms only to help businesses contact individuals who have submitted lead forms and requested information.
  • Manage WhatsApp Business API template workflows, including sending preapproved template messages and tracking message delivery states.
  • Maintain account access, customer support, and product communications.
  • Prevent abuse, unauthorized access, and service disruptions.
  • Improve product quality and user experience.

We do not use Platform Data for any purposes other than providing our core services to businesses and enabling them to respond to user inquiries.

4. WhatsApp Business API Use

Converly helps businesses connect and manage WhatsApp Business API messaging. We process template setup details and message operations needed to send preapproved templates. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis and permissions to contact end users.

5. Third-Party Services

Converly integrates with third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and WhatsApp. Data received through these platforms is used only to help businesses manage and respond to leads who have submitted their information. We do not use this data for advertising purposes, and we do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit where supported. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed fully secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and service data only as long as needed for service delivery, legal obligations, and legitimate business operations. Data is deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

For WhatsApp template operations, we may retain message and delivery metadata for operational logs, troubleshooting, and compliance records for a limited period.

8. Data Deletion Requests

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@converly.cloud with the subject line Data Deletion Request. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

This deletion process also applies to WhatsApp Business API related data processed by Converly, subject to legal and compliance retention obligations.
